George was purchased from us in our 2020 sale, and has made a big splash since.  He was given the show name George Weasley in honour of the lightning bolt scar on his hip.  He competed in his first show event just 1 month after leaving us.

George and Rachel mostly focus on 3-day eventing, but enjoy back country riding, mountain trail and foxhunting.  George has excelled in everything Rachel tries with him!  His athleticism, surefootedness and level-headed and sensible mind give his riders confidence that he will safely carry them across any terrain.

He is loved by all at his barn, and has become a pony club favorite.  George is a favorite lesson horse helping young riders learn the ropes, and has even carried some through their first shows or first time jumping cross country. This past October, at their latest show, George was challenged by moving up a division.  He rose to the occasion, and won!

George reminds us at Stelkia Ranch what all our hard work can achieve.  Our main purpose is to give these horses an opportunity to represent where they come from and protect the lifestyle that gives them that unique bravery!
